Founding GTM Lead

About Us:

We're on a mission to make subscriber churn a solved problem. Backed by a16z Speedrun, we build AI agents that help consumer subscription brands — like Higgsfield and Promova — retain more users, extend lifetime value, and grow fast. We're an incredibly driven team working on a problem that affects every consumer on the planet. If that sounds like your kind of thing, we'd love to meet you.

Our co-founders are Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova. Azamat built a Telegram AI product from zero to five million users in four months, the first acquisition inside Telegram. Benazir received a full scholarship to Beijing University of Technology at 15. Joined Taobao at 17. At Alibaba, she architected the core recommendation engine serving 500M daily users.

What You'll Do:

This is a Founding GTM role. There is no playbook, no inherited pipeline, and no sales team. You're the first. You'll own how Sirius reaches the market and converts interest into revenue. What we need is someone who thinks like a founder — who comes to the table with creative distribution ideas we haven't thought of, who finds unconventional ways to get in front of subscription brands, and who can make a VP of Growth feel like Sirius was built specifically for them.

Sales & Pipeline

  • Build creative, unconventional distribution strategies to get in front of consumer subscription brands — think beyond cold outbound

  • Own the full sales motion end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, demo, close, and handoff

  • Stand up sales infrastructure from scratch — CRM, sequences, playbooks — always in service of closing, not as a substitute for it

GTM Growth & Strategy

  • Define and refine our ICP, segmentation, and positioning as the market evolves — and have strong opinions about it

  • Sit in on strategy and marketing calls as a true founding team member, not just an executor

  • Identifying which acquisition channels compound — referral, PLG, co-marketing, community — and building the loops that make pipeline self-sustaining beyond our current network

Partnerships

  • Sourcing and closing high-leverage relationships with platforms, tools, agencies, and ecosystems that give Sirius distribution and credibility

  • Being the face of Sirius at events

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-6 years in GTM, sales, or revenue — ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company

  • Demonstrated track record of building a GTM motion from 0→1 and scaling it

  • Creative distribution instincts — you don't wait for leads to come to you, you find angles nobody else has tried

  • Comfortable selling without a product marketing team, a case study library, or an SDR feeding you leads

  • Eager to operate as a true founding team member — you'll have a seat at the table on strategy and marketing calls, sharing your perspective on GTM initiatives and helping shape how we go to market, not just execute it

  • Based in San Francisco, full-time in-person. No visa sponsorship at this time.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network inside consumer subscription brands (DTC, media, fitness, language learning, etc.)

  • Experience selling into growth, retention, or lifecycle teams

  • You've built or managed partnerships in a prior role

  • Have worked closely with founders or in a seat-at-the-table capacity before

Our Values:

Stewardship: We build for the long term. Every customer, partner, and teammate gets that same commitment from day one.

Trust: Earned through the integrity of our technology, the consistency of our commitments, and the honesty of our communication.

Customer Obsession: We win when our customers win. Every choice and conversation orbits around what makes them stronger.

Excellence: The same standard for the product we ship, the service we give, and the team we build. The bar is the bar.

Family: A constellation, not a single star. We back each other on hard days, celebrate the great ones, and protect the time teammates need to be parents, partners, and humans first.

Life at Sirius:

In-person, in San Francisco: We work side by side, on-site in San Francisco. Proximity helps us move faster, solve harder problems, and build something we're proud of together. Note: we're not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Flexible healthcare: We offer flexible spending to direct your benefits toward what matters most to you and your family.

Own what you build: We're building something real, and we want you to own it.

Lunch, coffee & snacks: Daily lunch, plus coffee, tea, and snacks to keep you going.

Time off that's actually off: Take the time you need to show up as your best self. We mean it.

Company Events: We work hard and celebrate our wins.
