JOB BRIEF:<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
You will work with our portfolio companies and report directly to the Board. Your main tasks<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
will include performing detailed performance analysis, managing the FP&A team and<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
analyzing processes. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural smart and<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non\-technical users.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
The major expectation is to bridge the gap between the management\u2019s targets and the<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
portfolio companies.<\/span>

RESPONSIBILTIES:<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Prepare budget and revenue projections with Line of Business Heads<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Provide key insights in revenue and cost behavior<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Perform GL reviews to ensure that all expenses and accruals are booked and allocated<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
as per laid policy<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Month close should include, the accruals, prepayments, amortization, the depreciation,<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
transfer price accounting of India, management services and any reclassification or<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
intercompany transfers. Audit back up sheet for the purpose of audit of amortization of<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
product development cost extended to asset from expenses<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Ensure timely reporting of scheduled reports to track individual and team performance<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
of the company<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Identify key cost drivers and suggest ways to optimize<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Financial reporting and analysis \u2013 Identify and close gaps between the budgeted and<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
actual figures<\/span>➢ <\/span>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
improvement, developing and implementing solutions<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Updating, implementing and maintaining current procedures.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
➢ <\/span>Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.<\/span>

➢ <\/span>Serving as a liaison between Portfolio company and the Board<\/span>

Qualification: \- B.Com + CMA or CPA or ACCA or CIMA or CA or MBA Finance Skills required<\/span>

QuickBooks/ SAP/Microsoft dynamics/Tally/GL Accounting/Advanced Excel<\/span>
