The Group FP&A team is responsible for driving FP&A activities across the BMI Group such as Budget, Forecast and Long Term Plan facilitation and providing various performance and ad hoc reporting with the analysis to the ELT. The main stakeholders of this team are CEO, CFO, and CCMO.

As Group FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the Regional finance and business teams to support the day-to-day FP&A activities as well as assist with ad-hoc projects. You will support preparation of Group presentations, the strategic analysis, long-term strategic planning, and target-setting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting your allocated regions with FP&A activities

  • Delivering weekly and monthly Management reporting for ELT

  • Providing data analysis for CFO and other ELT members

  • Forecasting and budgeting (covering P&L,B/S and OCF)

  • Taking on ad-hoc activities between month-end reporting and forecasting cycles (e.g. profitability analysis in different countries)

  • Supporting various change projects

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar field of expertise

  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheet and slides knowledge

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Accounting fields or ACCA

  • A Self starter who can take initiative; that embraces a fast paced environment with challenges and change

  • Has great attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively across virtual teams

Nice to have:

  • HFM / SAP BPC / TM1 or any other consolidation software experience

  • Experience with analysing large amounts of financial data

  • Excellent in writing and speaking English

  • Understand P&L, B/S and OCF

  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan or Google Looker (or similar)

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3100 and 3700 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
