Role Definition
Manages the accountable reporting process, ensuring the integrity of financial information and the delivery of insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities
• Lead the monthly profit center reporting process, ensuring accurate allocation, consolidation, and analysis of financial results to support executive decision-making across business segments.
• Assist in the ownership of the Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) system, including data validation, journal entry oversight, allocation ruleset management, and profit center mapping.
• Prepare and deliver executive financial reporting packages, scorecards, variance analyses, and performance insights for senior leadership, including monthly business reviews and executive office reporting.
• Own Products segment reporting for CFSC's Form 10 Q and Form 10 K filings, including key disclosures, financial analyses, and supporting documentation for external reporting.
• Manage financial controls and compliance activities, including SOX reporting requirements, financial analytics reviews, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and process leadership to ensure high-quality execution and employee growth.

Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

• Advises others on the methods and purposes to create accurate financial reports.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of the use of a variety of financial report-writing tools.
• Updates or establishes organizational standards for financial reports.
• Consults others on identifying, tracing, and correcting errors in financial reports.
• Creates and customizes organizational methods and procedures for financial reports.

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.

Summary Pay Range:

$118,860.00 - $190,176.00
