FP&A Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our regional finance team at Greater China headquarters. You will lead financial planning, performance analysis and digital transformation initiatives to support data-driven decision making and sustainable business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasting and monthly management reporting processes, aligned with global financial governance requirements
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis of business performance, deliver actionable insights to regional leadership and global finance stakeholders
  • Drive FP&A digital transformation: optimize existing analysis models, implement automated reporting workflows and leverage data analytics tools to improve analysis efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment projects, conduct profitability analysis and support strategic business planning
  • Maintain compliance with internal control policies and global reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; CPA/CMA qualification is preferred
  • Must have Big Four accounting firm audit/consulting background, plus 3+ years of in-house corporate FP&A experience, prior experience in MNC Greater China headquarters is preferred
  • Proven experience in financial digital application: proficient in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), skilled in building automated financial models and optimizing analysis processes
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with experience communicating with global cross-border teams
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
