We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting our shared services organization.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor to department management, partnering closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance. In addition, you will support core FP&A activities such as forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, offering a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to FP&A operations within a dynamic global gaming company.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with one of Playtika’s shared services departments, serving as a trusted financial advisor and business partner
- Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts to support accurate financial planning and decision-making
- Analyze monthly Actual vs. Budget results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Review and analyze organizational KPIs and financial performance trends
- Prepare and present periodic financial summaries, analyses, and insights to senior management and executive leadership
- Support the annual budget planning process and help drive planning accuracy and alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve existing financial processes and drive efficiency, including through the use of AI tools and automation
- Monitor and approve new purchase orders and budget requests on a global basis
- Collaborate closely with finance teams in Israel and globally, including accounting and bookkeeping
- Participate in the month-end close process, including variance analysis and business explanations
- Support the design, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A within a global company
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
