Working directly with the Founder, this role offers an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced investment environment while helping establish systems and processes that enable efficiency, organization, and growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This role extends beyond calendar management and administrative support; it involves creating operational structure, managing workflows, and ensuring that key priorities move forward seamlessly.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
Organize agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
Support planning and coordination of board meetings, annual meetings, and other strategic engagements.
Systems & Process Management
Create, maintain, and improve organizational systems and workflows.
Manage and update CRM records, contact databases, and operational documentation.
Ensure information is organized, accessible, and maintained accurately.
Communication & Coordination
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and service providers as required.
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.
Operational Support
Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational activities.
Support special projects and ad hoc requests from leadership.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dependable professional who combines strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using productivity, collaboration, and CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting founders, executives, investors, or leadership teams.
Familiarity with startup, venture capital, consulting, or professional services environments.
Strong systems-thinking mindset with an interest in improving operational efficiency.
