I am the founder of Mate Technologies building mobile apps including thermal printer app Thermer and billing app Posill. I am building an automated system\-driven company in remote culture that will scale through people, AI, and processes instead of founder dependency.
Your responsibility is to design and implement a practical operating system that improves execution speed, accountability, hiring quality, reporting, experimentation, and decision\-making.
This is not a consulting\-only role. You are expected to implement measurable improvements.<\/span><\/p>

  • Built an automated system that will work with least/minimal founder involvement.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Create a business health scorecard with few critical metrics indicating overall health of organization.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Each role will have a performance scorecard with few but critical metrics.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • All employees will collaborate efficiently with minimal conflict.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Hire the right person for the system and put into the right seat.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Each new onboarded employee will start producing high output quickly with the help of knowledge transfer documents and process.<\/span>

    • Build scalable systems and operating processes suitable for a remote\-first company.<\/span>

    • Improve hiring workflow, candidate evaluation, onboarding & management process.<\/span>

    • Define clear measurable KPI to measure performance efficiently & transparently for each role.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Improve knowledge transfer, experimentation, communication, decision making, reporting.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Identify workflows where AI can improve efficiency.<\/span>
