As the Area Manager, known internally as the Franchise Culinary & Operations Coach, you will play a pivotal role by leading, motivating and supporting our Franchisee's and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.

What You'll Do

Here's what your day to day looks like:

  • Coach Franchisees to deliver fast service, accurate orders, and a guest experience people remember.
  • Build coaching plans that target the gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Protect food safety and food quality, because we never compromise on either.
  • Spot what's driving the numbers (sales, labour, waste) and coach your Franchisees to take action.
  • Roll out new GYG initiatives and make sure they land well in every restaurant.

What We Are Looking For

We know great people come from all sorts of places. Here's what matters most:

  • Management experience in a QSR, hospitality or food business, with multi-site experience a big plus.
  • A natural coach who can lift performance through others, not by taking over.
  • A real passion for food quality and a strong handle on food safety.
  • Great people skills, you're approachable, you build trust fast, and you can have the honest conversations.
  • Comfortable reading a P&L and turning numbers into a clear plan.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and happy to travel across your patch.
  • A true GYG brand advocate who loves what we stand for.
