Are you a recent college graduate or early career professional (0-5 years out of school) who wants to build a real business with real financial rewards? We Insure is looking for motivated, business minded individuals to join our Franchise Early Career-Kickstart Cohort.

This is a chance to own your own Property & Casualty insurance franchise. You will operate as your own boss, set your own goals, and build long term financial stability. You will be part of a select group of peers starting together, sharing knowledge, accountability, and support from day one.

  • AL, CO, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, NE, NC, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, and TX

About the Program.

  • Complete your Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing prior to the cohort start date to prepare for building your book of business
  • Launch and own your own insurance franchise with We Insure as your partner
  • Join a selected cohort of early career entrepreneurs who begin the journey together
  • Participate in a 12 month training and launch program, including one week of onsite training in Austin, Texas, followed by ongoing remote support
  • Receive high touch support during the first 90 days, including regular coaching, weekly 1:1 sessions, and group collaboration calls focused on performance, sales, and business development
  • Gain direct mentorship from Jay Wolfberg, President of We Insure, who personally built a $32M franchise book
  • Access extensive marketing, sales, and business development training designed to help you acquire your first customers and scale your book of business
  • There is no upfront franchise fee to join the program; the franchise fee is deferred and paid at the end of year one
  • This is a commission based opportunity with an expected ramp up period while you build your book of business

About You.

  • You are 0-5 years out of college and interested in entrepreneurship and wealth building
  • You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and are comfortable with sales, networking, or persuasion
  • You are motivated to own your success, serve your community, and learn new skills
  • Prior business, sales, leadership, or extracurricular experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most
  • You are able to support yourself financially during the ramp up period. This is not a salaried or hourly role
  • Owners must have access to sufficient capital to cover startup costs and personal expenses until the business becomes profitable (reduced startup fees are available for this cohort)
