Freelance Consultant – Public Sector & Economic Advisory (South Korea)

(Fully remote)


Are you an experienced consultant or analyst with a passion for economic development, public sector strategy, and industry transformation?


Frost & Sullivan is expanding its network of independent consultants and freelancers to support upcoming projects across South Korea. We are looking for professionals who can collaborate with us on a project basis, with the flexibility to engage full-time during active project periods.



About the Opportunity

As part of our extended consulting network, you will be engaged on projects opportunities arise, around AI industry and the overall AI ecosystem from the infrastructure, to the services (training, inference, etc.) and end use sectors, etc.




What You Will Do

  • Support end-to-end execution of consulting projects for the Korean market for different industries
  • Conduct data collection, research, and analysis
  • Develop insightful reports and presentations (long-form reports and PPTs)
  • Contribute to strategic recommendations
    clients
  • Collaborate with Frost & Sullivan teams and stakeholders


What We Are Looking For

  • more than 6 years of experience in Korea/Korean consulting, advisory, or analyst roles
  • Strong background in public sector or government projects
  • Experience in:
    • Economic development
    • Industry analysis and road-mapping
    • Strategy development
  • Strong skills in research, analysis, and structured problem-solving
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports and client-ready presentations
  • Ability to commit full-time during project delivery periods (as required)
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
