Freelance Hairdresser

TONI&GUY Duxton is a boutique, premium hair salon located in the Duxton area. We are seeking experienced freelance hairstylists who are confident handling clients independently and have an existing customer base.

This role is suitable for freelancers who are looking for a professional, structured salon environment to serve and grow their own clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle clients independently for haircut, colour, and treatment services

• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable services and aftercare

• Deliver consistent service quality aligned with salon standards

• Maintain hygiene, professionalism, and time management on the salon floor

• Work collaboratively within a shared salon environment and follow operational guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling clients independently in a salon environment

• Strong technical competence in cut, colour, and treatment services

• Existing customer base is required

• Hairdressing certification or equivalent professional training preferred

• Good communication and client management skills

• Professional attitude, reliability, and respect for shared salon operations

• Comfortable working on a freelance basis
