📢 We’re Hiring: Freelance Physics Teacher!
Star Destiny Education (星启航教育), part of Star Destiny Group, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Freelance Physics Teacher to support international students in achieving academic success in Singapore.
If you enjoy simplifying complex Physics concepts and helping students build confidence in Science, we would love to hear from you!
✨What You’ll Do
- Teach engaging Secondary Physics lessons based on Singapore MOE and/or Cambridge IGCSE syllabus
- Prepare students for school examinations and academic progression
- Draft lesson plans, worksheets, and revision materials prior to teaching
- Adapt teaching methods to support international students transitioning into Singapore schools
- Monitor student progress and provide periodical learning reports
- Attend in-house academic meetings and periodic training sessions
- Inspire students to develop stronger scientific understanding and confidence
🎓What We’re Looking For
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and stakeholders from China.
- Strong academic background in Physics, Applied Sciences, Engineering, Education, or related fields
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in Secondary Physics preferred
- Familiarity with MOE syllabus and/or IGCSE Physics curriculum
- Strong ability to explain scientific concepts clearly and effectively
- Patient, responsible, and committed to student success
- Ex-MOE teachers or NIE-trained educators are highly encouraged to apply
