As a Printing Technology Trainer<\/b>, you will be responsible for the delivery of structured training modules<\/b> covering management practices, printing operations, post press, and mechanical systems. You will engage with learners through classroom sessions, lab\-based practicals, expert mentoring and industry\-focused case studies<\/b> to build competency and align skills with global standards.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>Deliver training sessions across one or more domains: Printing, Pre press, Post press, Mechanical Systems, or Leadership Practices<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Conduct theory and practical modules<\/b>, including demonstrations and workflow integration.
<\/p><\/li>Train participants in standards, SOPs, and troubleshooting techniques<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Guide learners on emerging technologies<\/b> (AI, Cloud, AR/VR, IoT, Industry 4.0) relevant to the printing industry.
<\/p><\/li>Support skill assessment, reporting, and feedback<\/b> to ensure continuous improvement.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/b><\/h3>2+ years of professional experience<\/b> in Printing / Publishing / Packaging / Mechanical Systems.
<\/p><\/li>Strong knowledge of colour management, quality standards, workflow integration, process optimization and maintenance<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Ability to conduct hands\-on training and practical demonstrations<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Prior training or mentoring experience<\/b> preferred.
