Freelance - Solar Trainer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Solar Trainer<\/b> to collaborate with us on a freelance/part\-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high\-quality training sessions in solar energy technologies, entrepreneurship opportunities and practical applications to aspiring professionals, students and entrepreneurs.

Position \- Solar Trainer

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Conduct engaging training sessions on Solar PV Systems, Solar Thermal and related technologies<\/b>.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge<\/b> through workshops, demonstrations and hands\-on sessions.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Guide participants on solar entrepreneurship, installation practices and maintenance<\/b>.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop training materials, case studies and practical assignments.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Evaluate participant's progress and provide feedback.
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Strong knowledge in solar energy systems and renewable technologies<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prior experience as a Trainer / Faculty / Industry Professional<\/b> in the solar domain.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to handle both technical and practical demonstrations<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Flexible to conduct online/offline sessions<\/b> on\-demand.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related fields.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Certification in Solar Installation/Training<\/b> will be an added advantage.
