About the Role<\/span><\/b>

We are looking for a skilled <\/span>Freelance Zoho Implementation Consultant<\/span><\/b> to help us set up, customize, and optimize the Zoho People Plus platform. The goal is to streamline HR operations, automate workflows, and improve overall efficiency across the organization.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

Implement and configure <\/span>Zoho People Plus<\/span><\/b> based on business requirements<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Customize modules such as onboarding, attendance, leave management, and performance tracking<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Set up workflows, approvals, and automation<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Integrate Zoho People Plus with other Zoho applications and third\-party tools<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Perform data migration and validation<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Provide user training and documentation<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Offer post\-implementation support and troubleshooting<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

Required Skills & Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>\n
\n
Proven experience working as a <\/span>Freelance Zoho Consultant<\/span><\/b> or similar role<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Hands\-on experience with <\/span>Zoho People / People Plus<\/span><\/b> implementations<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Strong understanding of HR workflows and business processes<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Experience with Zoho integrations, APIs, and Deluge scripting (preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Good communication and problem\-solving skills<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>

Zoho certifications (nice to have)<\/span>

Experience working with Indian HR systems and compliance<\/span>
