This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse work, order selecting, case picking, or material handling who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a culture of safety, and help deliver the reliable customer service our partners count on. We will train team members on-site, but previous warehouse or order selecting experience is preferred.
Pay and Benefits
- $27.90 per hour
- Time-and-a-half pay for all hours worked on Sundays

Important Work Environment Details
- This position works in refrigerated and/or frozen warehouse areas
- IWI Denver Freezer is a retail distribution facility that offers multiple temperature ranges
- Team members must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Some warehouse or order selecting experience is preferred, but on-site training is provided
Available Shift
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Two consecutive days off during the week will be determined once the position is offered
What You’ll Do
As an Order Selector / Picker, you will help receive, store, select, and move products throughout refrigerated and frozen warehouse areas. Responsibilities include:
- Reading shipping orders and picking orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
- Operating electric-powered forklifts, pallet jacks, or related material handling equipment
- Transporting products to designated warehouse areas and storage racks
- Loading and unloading product, pallets, skids, and other materials
- Sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins based on product type, size, or code
- Marking materials with identifying information when needed
- Lifting, counting, sorting, and stacking product according to order instructions or special requirements
- Preparing and recording order fill tickets and truck logs in accordance with company standards
- Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- Weighing or counting items to ensure they meet company standards
- Reporting food safety and quality concerns to a supervisor
