Freight Operations Executive (East / Shift Work) [EL]

• Coordinate with internal teams on shipment planning and documentation

• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate to support smooth customer deliveries

• Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on pre-alerts in a timely manner

• Liaise with vendors and transport partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues

• Assist in special projects and provide operational support when required

• Work closely with warehouse partners and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
