French Language Expert - C1 (INDIA - BLR or MUM)

Job Title: French Language expert (C1)

Job Location - Bangalore / Mumbai

Onsite Work: Candidates must be based either in Bangalore or Mumbai to work at client location in a Onsite Model.

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable based on performance)

Experience: 2.5 - 5 years of experience

Language Proficiency: French C1 or above

Domain: HR / Recruitment

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Cab Facility: Available during odd hours

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for candidates in Canada.
• Screen and engage with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding and hiring process.
• Manage recruitment activities in Workday and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate candidate communication and provide a seamless hiring experience.

Requirements

• French language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Must have at least 2.5 years of expeirence in French Language.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple priorities effectively.
