Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in French
- Review and assess content submissions and player interactions to uphold community guidelines
- Assist players through forums and chat platforms, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Identify and escalate cases of inappropriate behavior or content
- Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and increase community engagement
- Stay updated on the latest developments in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
- Promote a respectful and inclusive online environment for all users
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong familiarity with gaming and e-sports culture
- Prior experience in content moderation or community management is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
