Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide information and support on our products and services
  • Document all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
