Your Support System:
You’ll report to our Director of Rooms.
You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations.

How We Work:
Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus
Schedule: Full-Time, 7am-3pm Sunday-Thursday
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide critical first impressions. You provide service that is warm, welcoming, and world-class service to all our guests. You enjoy starting conversations with new guests.
- Responsibilities include. Registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring smooth, memorable experiences.
- Work as a team and individually. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.
