Responsibilities<\/b>:

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Customer Reception: Greet visitors and\n clients warmly and direct them to their desired location within\n the facility.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Providing Information: Offer basic\n information about the products or services provided and answer any\n inquiries clients may have.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Directing Phone Calls: Route incoming calls\n to the appropriate departments within the facility and handle\n simple inquiries over the phone.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Handling Complaints: Address complaints\n professionally, striving to resolve them promptly or directing\n them to the appropriate person.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Scheduling Appointments: Organize the\n schedule for pre\-booked appointments to ensure no\n overlaps.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Problem\-Solving: Work to resolve any issues\n clients may face related to the services or products\n offered.
<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Offering Additional Assistance: Provide extra\n help to clients by guiding them around the facility or advising on\n product choices.

Requirements<\/h3>
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles\n(fitness or hospitality preferred)

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills

  • Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basic\nsales<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office, or CRM\nsoftware)

  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude
