Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendar updates
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the team with daily office coordination and operational needs
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask smoothly
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, approachable, and professional in appearance and demeanour
- Prior reception or admin experience is a plus — but not required
