At Stella Stays, you will:<\/span>

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented individual to join Stella Stays as a Front Desk Operations Coordinator in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and coordination skills, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective communication between various stakeholders.<\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Conduct daily check\-in/out inspections to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Oversee in\-house inventory management and stock count to maintain adequate supplies.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Supervise the maintenance and cleaning team, ensuring efficient scheduling and high\-quality work.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks promptly to minimize disruptions to guests.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reports on property operations and guest feedback.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with property documentation requirements and quality assurance standards.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Respond promptly and professionally to on ground guest requests, ensuring their needs are met.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle add\-on service requests and coordinate with relevant service providers.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Source and manage reliable service providers and vendors, negotiating favorable contracts.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain data control and confidentiality of sensitive information.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain the tidiness and appearance of the reception area.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    The ideal candidate for this role should have:<\/span>

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).<\/span>

    • Proven experience in Operations and Front Desk management, preferably in the hospitality industry.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
