You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Functions as the initial point of contact for patients both on the phone and in office.
- Appropriately triage calls, schedule appointments and provide information about the program’s services.
- Coordinate patient payment methods with our benefits department and patient benefit providers.
- Assist the program staff in managing compliance with regulatory operational requirements.
- Administrative assistant coordinates the completion of weekly billing requirements with program staff and the billing department for claims generation.
