Front Desk Specialist

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and perform all duties associated with their check in/ check out to ensure excellent service standards are met.
  • Manages online, phone and in-person room reservations.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival, checks them in, issues room keys and explains all amenities as well as things to do in the area. Takes and processes payments from guests.
  • Provides information about the hotel, as well as all Company promotions and events.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
  • Works with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and meet hotel standards and accommodate any special needs from guests.
  • Confirms group reservations and arranges personalized services for VIP guests.
  • Promotes additional services, when appropriate.
  • Maintains updated records of bookings and payments.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
