Front Desk Specialist
- Welcome guests upon arrival and perform all duties associated with their check in/ check out to ensure excellent service standards are met.
- Manages online, phone and in-person room reservations.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival, checks them in, issues room keys and explains all amenities as well as things to do in the area. Takes and processes payments from guests.
- Provides information about the hotel, as well as all Company promotions and events.
- Respond to guest complaints in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Works with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and meet hotel standards and accommodate any special needs from guests.
- Confirms group reservations and arranges personalized services for VIP guests.
- Promotes additional services, when appropriate.
- Maintains updated records of bookings and payments.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
