Job Description

Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day contract lifecycle activities including creation, amendments, renewals, and close-outs for assigned categories. Execute sourcing and negotiation strategies in alignment with client objectives and procurement policies. Ensure contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements throughout the contracting process. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and smooth contract execution. Handle transactional contracting tasks such as Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, and workspace maintenance. Maintain and monitor the expired contracts list to ensure timely close-out and risk mitigation. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and processes comply with SOX and segregation of duties requirements. Utilize contract management systems to track contract status, performance metrics, and reporting. Collaborate with supplier management teams to align contract terms with service delivery expectations and performance scorecards.
