Front of House / Admin Executive (Yoga Studio)

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House / Admin Executive to support the daily operations of a growing yoga and wellness studio.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and check in members and guests.
Handle walk-in enquiries and studio tours.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries.
Assist clients with class bookings, memberships, and studio information.
Build positive relationships with members and create a welcoming studio environment.
Administration
Manage class schedules and booking systems.
Process memberships, renewals, and payments.
Maintain customer records and attendance reports.
Coordinate with instructors regarding schedules and studio requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly administrative reports.
Studio Operations
Ensure reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor inventory of studio supplies and retail products.
Assist with events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, or administration preferred.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Passion for wellness, fitness, yoga, or hospitality is a plus.
Able to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
