Front of House
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages with care
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and ready for guests at all times
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with any requests
- Handle payments and use POS systems efficiently
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus (but not required — training provided!)
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Friendly, well-groomed, and team-oriented
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
