Front of House

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages with care
  • Ensure tables are set, clean, and ready for guests at all times
  • Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with any requests
  • Handle payments and use POS systems efficiently
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements

  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus (but not required — training provided!)
  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and team-oriented
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
