- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
- Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises
- Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
- With at least one (1) year in the same field
- Can work in a fast phase environment
- Good communication skills
