  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
  • Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
  • Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises
  • Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
  • With at least one (1) year in the same field
  • Can work in a fast phase environment
  • Good communication skills
