Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and enquiries professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised guest experiences.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Manage reservations, guest requests, and billing transactions.
- Support pre-opening activities and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary: $2,500 - $2,700
Working Location: Orchard
