Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and enquiries professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Manage reservations, guest requests, and billing transactions.
  • Support pre-opening activities and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience in Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: $2,500 - $2,700

Working Location: Orchard
