About the Role:

We are seeking a Front-Office Production Support / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of front-office trading platforms. You will work closely with traders, quants, and developers to resolve issues quickly and enable seamless trading operations in a high-pressure, real-time environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for front-office trading applications within Fixed Income and Commodities.
• Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and development teams to understand business impact and implement fixes.
• Monitor application performance, alerts, and system health; perform proactive risk mitigation.
• Automate operational tasks, incident response workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in front-office production support, trading technology, or SRE roles.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and market data feeds.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and databases.
• Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with traders and tech teams.
