Front Office Python Developer - Equity Derivatives
Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team and work on Equity Derivatives Trading Desk. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, with a solid understanding of the Equity-Derivatives business, and be passionate about maintaining and enhancing Trade Support Platforms.
Role and responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and support our EQD tools used daily by traders, structurers, and risk managers, ensuring reliability and performance
- Contribute to the development of a transversal data platform that accelerates the creation of new applications across the firm
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for builds, containerization, and deployment
- Develop and enhance full-stack features with a focus on delivering business-driven functionality
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, while staying eager to deepen your finance knowledge
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in OOP Development Experience with 2 years + backend Python Software Development
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of equity derivatives business or strong willingness to learn
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with a growth mentality
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML applications in analytics
