Frontend Software Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-driven engineering team building a next-generation AI-powered B2B sales platform. You will help shape intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enable sales teams to work with massive datasets and complex workflows in a simple and powerful way. The role blends strong frontend craftsmanship with product thinking, giving you ownership over features from design exploration through to production. You will work closely with founders, designers, backend engineers, and customer-facing teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Expect to ship frequently, iterate quickly, and see the direct impact of your work on global customers. This is a role for engineers who care deeply about user experience, scalability, and building products that solve real business problems.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain modern frontend features using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring high usability and performance.
- Own UI features end-to-end, from early design collaboration and prototyping through to implementation, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with designers to refine user experiences and ensure high-quality, consistent design systems across the product.
- Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless, data-rich user experiences.
- Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to frontend system design decisions.
- Continuously improve frontend code quality, reusability, and maintainability through refactoring and best practices.
- Rapidly iterate on product features based on feedback from users, customer success, and support teams.
- Contribute to testing efforts to ensure reliability and stability of frontend applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver impactful product improvements.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Frontend or Software Engineer working on web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining complex, large-scale, or evolving user interfaces.
- Strong eye for design quality, usability, and attention to detail in UI/UX execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product teams to improve user experiences.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable design systems.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services into frontend applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in small, fast-moving teams.
- Commitment to writing well-tested, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Nice to have: experience with backend technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails), search systems (Elasticsearch), or modern data-heavy applications.
