Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $284000 - $316000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Partner with DeepMind teams (e.g., Research, Product, Science, and other cross-functional groups) to accelerate paths to impact for DeepMind Research. Build trusted relationships across DeepMind to deliver outsized collective impact.
  • Drive strategic, business, commercialization, productization analysis and insights across a variety of AI-native domains. Ensure timely, impactful, and quality delivery.
  • Translate into clear recommendations and deliver with influence and credibility to DeepMind’s executives on pivotal decisions.
  • Execute through to delivery of demonstrable impact, which will require this person to show up at all times with curiosity, intellectual rigour, honesty, respect and humility.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in business and product strategy.
  • 2 years of Frontier AI experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PhD.
  • Experience in business generation and pricing strategy.
  • Experience with managing senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organizational groups.
  • Experience as an entrepreneur.
  • Experience driving successful "0 to 1" new product launches.
  • Ability to be responsive and resilient to difficult, ambiguous and sometimes changing objectives.
