FairPrice Group started out as a consumer cooperative with a single store in 1973. Today, we are Singapore’s largest retailer, with a network of over 600 touchpoints serving more than half a million customers daily. Now, we are looking for the next generation of leaders to shape what comes next. Under our Central Operations arm, Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS), powers the supply chain behind FairPrice Group’s extensive retail and e-commerce network across Singapore.

About the Programme

Our 2-year accelerated Central Operations Pathway is designed for high-potential individuals ready to take on real responsibility from the start. You will lead teams, drive operations, and make decisions that impact the business daily. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned leaders, you will build the capabilities to take on leadership roles in our retail operations. Via rotations across our end-to-end supply chain ecosystem from Distribution Centre (DC) operations to Supply Network and Systems Management, you will gain a holistic understanding of our business, with a final rotation at Headquarters, where you will connect frontline insights with broader business strategy, completing your understanding of the end-to-end running of our business.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Graduate with not more than 2 years of formal working experience. Related Diplomas, Degrees, qualifications or experience will be a bonus
• Strong passion for frontline operations in the supply chain and logistics industry
• Driven and energetic, and keen to lead and drive initiatives
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Positive attitude with strong learning agility and a can-do mindset
