- Motivate and influence the customer service team through\n personal actions and examples.
<\/span><\/li>- Facilitate customer service team results by communicating job\n expectations; train, coach and provide direction to Sales\n Associates in accordance with SPARC\u2019s policies and procedures and\n manager direction.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and maintain rapport with staff from all departments.
<\/span><\/li>- Facilitate highest quality customer service; respond to member\n and non\-member inquiries via phone or walk\-ins; follow up with\n members\u2019 requests or inquiries promptly and efficiently; resolve\n non\-standard complaints.
<\/span><\/li>- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with\n members, vendors, visitors and overall community; maintain\n composure and professionalism in dealing with authorities,\n executives, members, vendors, staff and the public, occasionally\n under conditions of urgency and high\-pressure situations.
<\/span><\/li>- Train dispensary teams to create an environment focused on\n member service and education; communicate availability of\n dispensary products to staff.
<\/span><\/li>- Reconcile all inventory, cash and client records daily; follow\n strict controls to protect dispensary\u2019s assets, i.e. cannabis,\n cash, building security etc.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform regular quality assurance audits and provide feedback\n to Dispensary Manager;, i.e. dispensary standards, safety,\n sanitization, etc.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all departments.
<\/span><\/li>- Responsible for projects, assignments and tasks.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform other related work as required in all departments.
<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

<\/li><\/ul>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Three years of related experience required,\n five or more preferred. Cash handling experience and Point of Sale\n (POS) system experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft\n Office, Google Docs, Gmail and Treez. Experience in the cannabis\n industry is highly desirable. Must be 21 years old and submit to a\n background check.

<\/div>TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work may require prolonged sitting, some\n bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye\-hand coordination\n and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a cash register, credit\n card machine, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office\n equipment. Requires normal range of hearing. Requires close\n vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. Occasionally\n requires lifting up to 50 pounds.

<\/div>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy cannabis\n dispensary. The dispensary area is very loud due to fans and\n filtration systems, fluctuating between extreme cold and hot\n temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff and the\n public. Work may be stressful at times and may include dealing with\n law enforcement and/or difficult members. Must be available to work\n varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays and/or events.
