Full-cycle recruiter needed for growing creative startup

This is a remote position.

Need a full-cycle recruiter & talent acquisition pro to help scale growing creative startup (The Anti-Boring Project).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our mission and business goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to posting listings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process.
  • Work closely with team to identify staffing needs and define role requirements. Provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with our Operations Manager to develop engaging and informative onboarding materials that introduce new hires to our unique culture and processes.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
  • Proven recruitment experience, with a bonus for creative/startup backgrounds.
  • Expertise in Zoho Recruit is a plus (or willingness to learn)
  • Social media proficiency for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
The first roles we'll need help hiring for are a social media manager and an executive assistant. Would love to talk about our business needs to identify what other roles we should prioritize.
