Monday – Friday

8:00AM – 6:00PM

8:30AM – 6:30PM

📅 8 Off Days Per Month

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage auto counting system and system backup

• Handle full set of accounts

• Check invoices and delivery orders for accuracy

• Update and reconcile bank accounts

• Petty cash management and updates

• Cash receipt updates

• Inventory updates and aging analysis

• Review overdue accounts receivable

• Update customer delivery orders, invoices, settlements & accounting reports

• Update accounts payable invoices and payments

• Reconcile purchase advances and customer deposits

• Fixed assets registration

• Stock take and reconciliation

• Review outstanding sales & purchase orders

• GST submission

• Prepare sales commission reports

• Financial reporting analysis and review

• Company secretary matters & annual account submission

• Corporate tax review

✅ Requirements:

• Must have relevant Full Set Accounting experience

• Candidates without full set accounting experience will not be considered

• Responsible, careful and willing to learn
