Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather, analyze, and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee the development and architecture of web applications and websites, leveraging TYPO3 and Symfony frameworks.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

  • Implement responsive web design principles to enhance user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and web services, expanding functionality and interoperability.

  • Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving development processes and solutions.

  • Optimize website performance and ensure compliance with security best practices, maintaining data integrity and user safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in developing scalable web applications.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP. MySQL, and the Symfony framework.

  • Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Gatsby, and Next.js.

  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient development workflows.

  • Familiarity with responsive web design and browser compatibility standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration within development teams and English language skills: required for communication across our international locations.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in TYPO3 or in additional web development frameworks or CMS platforms will be considered as a plus.
