We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for early\-career professionals (1\u20132 years of experience) who are eager to build scalable software solutions and grow their technical expertise in a collaborative, mission\-driven environment.<\/span>

As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web\-based applications, contributing to both backend services using.NET/C# and frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams\u2014including project managers, technology leaders, and state teams\u2014to understand requirements and deliver efficient, user\-focused solutions.<\/span><\/span>

●<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the design and delivery of software\nsolutions by providing technical assistance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
●<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to business process improvements\nrelated to technical applications and systems development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
●<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work diligently to meet project milestones and\ndeadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        Minimum Qualifications & Experience :<\/b><\/span><\/span>

        • Qualification: Bachelor\u2019s degree in\nEngineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Candidates\nwith 1\- 2 years of relevant experience in technology projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Understanding\nof the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
