We are seeking a talented and motivated <\/span>Senior Developer<\/b> <\/span>with 3\u20135 years of experience in <\/span>React.js<\/b>, <\/span>Next.js<\/b>, and <\/span>Python Django<\/b>. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high\-performance web applications and scalable backend services, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/div>
  • Develop and maintain responsive, user\-centric frontend applications using <\/span>React.js<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>Next.js<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using <\/span>Python Django<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high\-quality code.
    <\/li>
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
    <\/li>
  • Debug and resolve issues in production and non\-production environments.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.
    <\/li>
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle \u2013 from requirements gathering to deployment.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • 3\u20135 years<\/b> <\/span>of hands\-on development experience.
      <\/li>
    • Strong proficiency in <\/span>React.js<\/b> <\/span>and its core principles.
      <\/li>
    • Experience with <\/span>Next.js<\/b> <\/span>for server\-side rendering and performance optimization.
      <\/li>
    • Proficient in <\/span>Python Django<\/b> <\/span>for building backend APIs and web applications.
      <\/li>
    • Good understanding of <\/span>HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7)<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • Experience with <\/span>RESTful API<\/b> <\/span>design and integration.
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of <\/span>Git<\/b>, version control, and branching strategies.
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with <\/span>unit testing<\/b>, debugging, and performance tuning.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.

      Preferred Skills (Good to Have):<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Experience with <\/span>TypeScript<\/b>.
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with <\/span>PostgreSQL<\/b> <\/span>or <\/span>MySQL<\/b>.
        <\/li>
      • Experience with <\/span>Docker<\/b>, <\/span>Kubernetes<\/b>, or similar containerization tools.
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of <\/span>CI/CD pipelines<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>cloud services<\/b> <\/span>(AWS, GCP, Azure).
        <\/li>
      • Understanding of <\/span>GraphQL<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>WebSockets<\/b>.
        <\/li>
      • Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
