Full Stack Senior Software Engineer - AI-Native Products (f/m/d)
- Features, end to end. You own the full outcome, not just the task in front of you. You take a fuzzy product idea, prototype it in days, put it in front of real users, and harden the version that survives contact with reality.
- The whole stack, without waiting for permission or a handoff. Frontend, backend, data layer, deploy. You sit next to product, challenge the spec, and sometimes make it obsolete by shipping the answer before the meeting happens.
- A genuinely AI-native team. Not “we use Copilot for autocomplete,” but actually AI-native. Your default workflow involves agentic coding tools, and you know exactly where they are brilliant and where they confidently lie to you.
- The tooling, the budget, and the autonomy. You get a generous AI token budget, because we would rather you burn tokens than calendars. The bar is high but the loop is fast, the team is small, and decisions actually get made.
- Real data, not another CRUD app. Millions of battery data points from real vehicles, real physics, real customers.
- Strong full stack skills. Modern TypeScript and React on the front, comfortable building APIs and services on the back, and you don’t get nervous around a database.
- Hands-on ML experience. You have trained or fine-tuned models, built inference pipelines, or wired LLMs into production features. You don’t need a PhD, you need receipts. You can talk credibly about when to call a frontier model API, when to run an open-weights model, and when to fine-tune something small yourself, and you have actually done all three.
- The prototype reflex. Your first instinct on a new problem is to build the ugly version today, not architect the perfect version next quarter. You already know what a Claude skill is, what an agent is, and you have built things with both.
- Genuine curiosity, and the instinct to go a step further when the easy answer isn’t the right one - and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A great communicator. You would rather ask the dumb question than ship on a wrong assumption. Confident English (C1+).
- Comfort with the tools we actually use, Notion, Slack and YouTrack, and a few years of shipping real products under your belt.
- A preference for working alongside the team in the office in Vienna, not from your kitchen.
- A category-defining European company at the start of a 100x growth phase. You will feel the slope.
- Direct line to the founder, real ownership, no committee. A chance to build the playbook for what an AI-native engineering org actually looks like. Most companies are still cosplaying it; we are doing it.
- Reliable work-life balance - personally guaranteed by the CEO.
- A performance- and team-oriented work environment where success is celebrated together.
- The minimum salary for this position is € 3.267 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
