- Atleast 4+ years in managing application support for mission critical IT applications in the financial services space
- Hands on experience with ITIL based support framework
- Managed multi-locational teams with different technology needs
- Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders on incident and issue management
- Adept at Stakeholder Management across organization including up to CXO levels
- Experienced in implementing processes and best practices for application support
- Involved with stringent SLAs based support regime
- Should have had experience in defining continuous improvement plans
- Will be required to take overall ownership of support for a suite of mission critical applications
