• Ultimate Flexibility: We don’t believe in "clocking-in" just to sit at a desk. As long as you’re ready 10–15 minutes before your class starts, your time is your own. If you prefer to come in early to prep in our space, the door is always open!
• Paid While You Rest: Enjoy 5 weeks of fixed block leave (1 week for CNY, 1 week in May, 1 week in June, and 2 weeks at year-end). We pay your full salary during these breaks—no pay cuts or pro-rating.
• The "Genie" Wellness & Relief Fund: We allocate $1,000 per year to a personal fund for you to cover medical and wellness claims. To keep things flexible, this fund is also used to cover relief tutor costs if you need to take an MC or a personal day off, ensuring your core salary remains stable.
• Generous Bonuses: We reward impact. You’ll be eligible for a Mid-Term Bonus (based on student enrollment targets) and a Year-End Bonus in February (based on student hours and students’ results).
• Overtime Pay: If you choose to take on additional teaching hours beyond the 20-hour cap, we pay you OT!

The Role

We are looking for versatile Science educators to teach across various levels based on your expertise:

• Primary School: Science (P4 and above).
• Lower Secondary: General Science.
• Upper Secondary: * Combined Science (Chemistry/Biology or Chemistry/Physics).
• Pure Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology).
• Impact: Deliver engaging, high-energy lessons and develop materials that spark curiosity.
• Rapport: Build meaningful connections with students and keep parents updated on their progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Subject Experts: A Singapore-recognized Degree in a Science-related field.
• Communicators: An outgoing, confident personality who can make Science "click" for students.
• Passion: Someone who genuinely loves the subject and enjoys seeing students succeed.

Work Schedule

• 5-Day Work Week: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.
• Location: Conveniently located at our Yishun outlet.
