You ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of the Tagetik EPM platform to deliver compliant financial reporting data for 9.5 million customers.

You & Your role

We are looking for a Functional Application Specialist Tagetik to join the Area Finance Reporting team within Tribe External Reporting. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and further developing the Tagetik EPM system used for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting.

In this role, you act as the link between Finance/Control and IT. You translate business needs into functional solutions within Tagetik and ensure that reporting, consolidation, and planning processes run smoothly and accurately. You work in an Agile/DevOps environment, contributing to both daily operations and continuous improvement.

You are responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and coordinating changes and releases, while ensuring system stability and compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Translate changing Finance and Control requirements into functional configurations and improvements in Tagetik.

  • Support reporting and consolidation cycles by resolving incidents and performing root cause analyses.

Tribe External Reporting is responsible for ensuring Rabobank’s compliance with financial regulations and standards. The department manages the accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to financial authorities. By applying advanced data analytics and reporting tools, it safeguards efficiency, transparency, and full adherence to regulatory requirements.

You & Your talent

  • Experience with CCH Tagetik is a strong plus, combined with affinity for financial processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

  • Experience in functional application management

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions

  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality

  • Experience with EPM/ERP systems and data models is a plus

  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Excel

  • Bachelor-level (HBO) working and thinking level

  • Strong command of English; Dutch is preferred
