Titan Wealth is continuing its significant growth, and we’re looking to hire a Fund Operations Associate to join our expanding operations function in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fund operations professional to join a collaborative and evolving team, with real scope to shape processes and drive efficiencies as the function develops.
The Role
Sitting within a growing Operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Titan’s investment funds across a range of operational activities, working closely with portfolio managers across fixed income, multi-asset and fund teams to ensure the smooth running and oversight of daily processes.
This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on operational control, accuracy, and continuous improvement — including the opportunity to help modernise and automate existing processes. You’ll be part of a central Operations function of c.6 people, gaining broad exposure across asset classes while contributing to the development of a more robust, scalable and forward-thinking operations model as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Operations & Oversight
Monitor and validate daily NAVs produced by third-party administrators
Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks
Oversee trade lifecycle processing and settlement activity
Ensure corporate actions are accurately reflected across portfolios
Dealing & Trade Support
Liaise with investment managers on trading activity
Prepare deal templates and submit trades on relevant platforms
Support onboarding of new funds and products
Service Provider Management
Act as a key contact for third parties (ACD/ManCo)
Monitor service delivery and escalate issues where required
Reporting & Controls
Support regulatory and investor reporting requirements
Prepare and review internal reporting and governance materials
Maintain strong operational procedures and controls
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Support system enhancements and operational change projects
Play an active role in improving efficiency across manual processes
About You
We’re looking for someone who is operationally strong, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple priorities:
~5 years’ experience within fund operations or investment operations
Strong understanding of fund processes (NAVs, reconciliations, trade lifecycle)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing demands
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and pushing back where needed
Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset
Proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
Technical & Knowledge
Experience across fund operations systems and workflows
OMS experience helpful but not essential
Strong Excel and data skills
Awareness of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, funds)
Interest in technology, automation or AI-driven improvements is highly beneficial
Qualifications
IMC (or working towards) desirable
Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) advantageous
