We are seeking a Fund Raising Specialist with hands\-on experience in equity fundraising to support capital market transactions and investor engagement initiatives. The role will focus on execution, investor coordination, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance across fundraising activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

1. Market Intelligence & Analysis<\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
  • Track global equity markets, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments relevant to fundraising activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support development of equity narratives, valuation analysis, and benchmarking against peers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Governance & Compliance<\/b>
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI, and other relevant authorities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assist in preparation of offer documents, investor disclosures, and internal approvals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. Investor & Stakeholder Management<\/b>
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Support engagement with institutional investors, financial institutions, and intermediaries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Prepare investor decks, financial models, and transaction\-related materials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Assist in managing communication and follow\-ups with stakeholders during transactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        4. Transaction Execution<\/b>
        <\/div>

        <\/div>
        • Support end\-to\-end execution of equity fundraising transactions such as IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Assist in deal structuring, documentation, due diligence, and coordination with advisors, bankers, and legal teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Track transaction timelines and ensure smooth execution across all stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          5. Project Finance<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/div>
          • Assist in raising and structuring project\nfinance for ongoing and upcoming projects, particularly in capital\-intensive\nbusinesses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial\ninstitutions for debt financing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Support\npreparation of project financial models, feasibility analysis, and lender\npresentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial closure and\ncompliance with lending requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

            Key Requirements<\/b>
            <\/div>

            <\/div>
            • 5\u201310 years of relevant experience in equity fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Prior exposure to IPOs/QIPs/Private Placements is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEBI/RBI).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
