$16 -$18 per hour based on experience + plus incentive

At Leaders Furniture, we don’t just deliver furniture, we deliver first impressions. As a Florida-grown, family-owned brand with 19 showrooms, we’re known for our laid-back style and people-first service. Our Distribution Center in Largo is the final stop before our products reach customers’ homes, and we’re looking for a Furniture Prep Quality Specialist who treats every piece as if it were headed to their own backyard.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role; it’s the last line of defense against scratches, scuffs, and surprises. You’ll be the reason our furniture arrives looking showroom-fresh and customer-ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect furniture orders with precision and care—no detail too small
• Touch up surfaces using paints, markers, and wax pencils like a finishing artist
• Scan, color-match, and prep merchandise for delivery with showroom standards in mind
• Keep your workspace spotless, safe, and organized
• Lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs.) as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Help streamline workflows and prevent damage before it happens.
